Refund policy

Package Protection

Orders that include Package Protection are eligible for free returns. Swiff Brand will provide a prepaid return shipping label and offer free exchanges or a full refund to the original form of payment.

Package Protection also covers package loss, damage, and theft. In these cases, customers will be eligible for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

All claims and return requests related to Package Protection must be submitted within the applicable return or claim window outlined in our Returns Policy (within 30 days of delivery). Requests made outside of this timeframe may not be approved.

Refunds will be given only in the form of store credit.

Swiff Brand aims to ensure its customers’ full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit. To start a return, you can contact us at info@swiffbrand.com.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.

We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you.

Please note:
• Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
U.S. customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs and are responsible for purchasing the return label and shipping process.
International customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs, tax and VAT. International customers are responsible for purchasing the return label and return shipping process. Please not that there may be discrepancies due to changing exchange rates.
• Store credit will be issued for the retail price of item(s) purchased.

Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please contact our team at info@swiffbrand.com. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and process. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you. If the item you wish to exchange goes out of stock while product is in transit, the product will be returned to the customer or store credit will be granted.

Once your exchange order is delivered and processed, your order will be dispatched in 2-5 business days. All exchanges are shipped with standard shipping. You will receive an email with your new order number. We are unable to cancel exchange orders due to our extremely efficient processing times.

Please note that products you wish to exchange may be out of stock when your item is received or when the exchange is requested.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@swiffbrand.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged, gift cards, made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged, items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
